UFAA has designated Saturday, May 14, 2022, as International Gator Day, a day in which Gator Clubs® and Affiliate Groups around the world unite to utilize the size and spirit of the Gator Nation® to positively impact local communities. Gators will join together to support projects and programs within their local communities, using their time and talents to serve others.
The Gator Nation® is strongest when we work together for a common cause. Please join the University of Florida Alumni Association on May 14, 2022, to show the world our service, community and impact.
Join the Daytona Beach Gator Club for a day of volunteering on a Habitat for Humanity house in the DeLand area. We will arrive at 7:30 am for set up and work into the afternoon with a break for lunch, which will be provided, along with cold drinks throughout the day. Attire is work clothes, hat, sunscreen and close toed shoes. There will be various jobs that will meet all skill levels, so everyone can pitch in and feel the connection of making a difference, right here in Volusia County.
