UFAA has designated Saturday, May 20, 2023, as International Gator Day, a day in which Gator Clubs® and Affiliate Groups around the world unite to utilize the size and spirit of the Gator Nation® to positively impact local communities. Gators will join together to support projects and programs within their local communities, using their time and talents to serve others.
The Gator Nation® is strongest when we work together for a common cause. Please join the University of Florida Alumni Association on May 20, 2023, to show the world our service, community and impact.
Join the Daytona Beach Gator Club for a morning of volunteering on the World’s Most Famous Beach, as we help preserve and protect one of Volusia County’s great natural resources with a beach clean up. We will meet at 9:00 am in front of the Lifeguard Station at Sunsplash Park, 611 S.Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32118. Trash bags and gloves will be distributed and we will take to the beach until 11:00 am. Attire is beach friendly Orange and Blue. Don’t forget your hat and sunscreen, shoes are optional.
